The apartment sized 40 m2, on the groundfloor of the house 80 meters away from the main pebbled beach in Pirovac.

It has two rooms, each with 2 beds (+1 additional bed), living room, kitchen, bathrooom with toilet etc. The apartment has recently been refurbished and is well furnished, with additional equipment available on demand.

Basic equipment includes coffee machine, ventilator, laundry drier, TV set, CD player and hair drier. Roofed terrace shaded by a fig tree with additional shading is at disposal. The apartment is provided with electric range, refrigerator, separate 50 L freezer, 80 L electric boiler and other equuipment.

The house is situated in a beautiful natural environment, with abundant greenery and optimal conditions for a pleasant vacation. The apartment is 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Pirovac, where shops, pharmacy, doctors office, post office, many restaurants, cafes, and entertainment facilities can be found. Visits to Kornati National Park, Vrane Lake, Krka waterfalls, Sibenik, Murter, Tisno, and Betina (marina) can be arranged.
