The apartment sized 33 m2 is situated on the groundfloor, with independent entrance, in the immediate vicinity of the beach. It is located in a beautiful natural environment with abundant greenery and optimal conditions for a pleasant vacation.


The apartment is 10 minutes walking distance from the center, where shops, pharmacy, doctors office, post office, bank, many restaurants, cafes and entertainment facilities can be found. The private restaurants, inns, taverns, pizzerias offer the gastronomic pleasures and the most famous Dalmatian specialities. The attractive cafés and the night-clubs round out their offer.

Pirovac is situated on the northen coast of the Bay of Pirovac, with its beautiful ancient face eternally  turned towards the sun. Its bay is a natural phenomenon, 10 km carved deep into stone and Mediterranean vegetation. It is adorned with the chain of natural beaches, sandy inlets and the mild sea - current, which brings here in summer the sea temperature 3-4 degrees C above the average warmth of the Adriatic sea.


Pirovac lies on the palms of two national parks: the island paradise Kornati and the karst beauty with the unique waterfalls Krka.


Visits to Kornati National Park (organized boat excursions), Vrana Lake (organized fishing), Krka waterfalls, Sibenik, Murter, Tisno, Betina (marina) can be arranged.
